Personal data policy

INFORMATION CLAUSE

In accordance with art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection of personal data) (Journal of Laws UE L 119/1 of 4.5.2016, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), I would like to inform you that:

  1. the controller of your personal data is Astronika limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw (code: 00-716) at ul. Bartycka 18, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000457381, NIP: 5213646616, REGON: 146615292 (hereinafter the “Controller”), e-mail address: office@astronika.pl, phone no.: 22 32 96 234;
    1. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes:
    2. communicate with you and answer your questions – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to achieve the legitimate interest of the Controller. The legitimate interest of the Controller in this case is the ability to answer your questions and communicate with you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
    3. potentially establish, exercise or defend legal claims – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to achieve the legitimate interest of the Controller. The legitimate interest of the Controller in this case is the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  2. the recipient of your personal data will be:
    1. entities to which the Controller entrusted activities that involve the need for data processing, especially as regards managing electronic mail, administrative services, legal services or consulting, and provision of ITC services and technical equipment,
    2. entities or authorities that have the right to receive your data, but only in justified cases and in compliance with applicable provisions of law, in particular in case of initiate criminal proceedings, necessity to secure documentation and in any other cases it is required by the provision of law;
  3. your personal data will be stored for:
    1. the time necessary to answer your inquiry and handle the matter to which the inquiry relates,
    2. until the claims are time-barred according to generally applicable provisions of Polish law;
  4. you have the right to access to your data and the rectification or erasure them or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or right to data portability or the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  5. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
  6. providing your personal data by you is voluntary but necessary to answer your inquiry;
  7. the Controller may not transfer personal data to third countries, i.e. countries located outside the European Economic Area;
  8. Your personal data will not be processed for purposes related to automatic-decision making, including profiling.
